Are you tired of the same relationship problems showing up with different people? Exhausted from always being the one who compromises, apologizes, or tries harder? Ready to stop walking on eggshells and start showing up as your authentic self?

I specialize in helping adults identify and change the patterns keeping them stuck in unfulfilling relationships. Together we'll explore:

  • Why you attract or stay with partners who can't meet your needs

  • How to set boundaries without guilt or fear

  • Breaking cycles of people-pleasing and over-functioning

  • Healing from codependency while staying connected to others

  • Building self-confidence and trusting your own judgment

My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness practices and practical communication skills. I sometimes integrate insights from movies and TV shows to help illuminate patterns and possibilities - because sometimes seeing it on screen helps us see it in ourselves.

I know that change is possible. You don't have to choose between losing yourself or losing your relationships. I also treat anxiety and depression and health care professional stress and burnout.
